This month at Personalised Favours, we're celebrating birthdays - and three members of our team are lucky enough to be born during the month of July. Here we share with you some behind-the-scenes info and profile three of our favourite PF personalities, as well as offering some helpful hints for ideal and affordable customised birthdays gifts to suit these very distinct personality types.
THE ADVENTURER
Michelle - 8 July Finance Guru
Arriving in Australia in 2016 with nothing but a backpack and a sense of adventure, Michelle was a long way from The Netherlands - the place she had previously called home. Having earlier travelled to Australia for four weeks after graduating from university, Michelle had vowed to return to make it her home. Two years of working, saving and sacrificing saw Michelle's dream become a reality. Her experience with global finance corporation, DeLoitte, and her upbeat attitude, landed Michelle the job of managing the PF accounts. Her advice to others is to never let fear stand in the way of achieving your goals.

Natalie - 25 July Production Professional
Natalie's kind and caring nature sees her looking after everyone around her - and that's why studying to become a Primary School Teacher is a perfect fit. Coming from a big family (she's one of five children!), Natalie's mum is her biggest inspiration and we can see why. Working her way up from her first-ever job as a casual production staff member, Natalie is now a fully-fledged, permanent and valued member of the PF production team. When she's not being proficient in production or studying for her university exams, Natalie is being sociable with her friends and family.

Married to PF Founder, Melissa Wilkinson, and all-round business expert, Mark is pretty much the reason Personalised Favours came to be. After he proposed to Mel, she couldn't find the customised products she was after to celebrate her own engagement and journey down the aisle, so she decided to create her own - and Personalised Favours was born! In addition to lending his corporate, sales and management knowledge to the PF team, Mark also shares his skills consulting to various other businesses and still manages to cook Mel dinner!
