These terms govern the Personalised Favours Customer Survey 2026 prize draw. By entering, you accept these terms.
1. The Promoter
The promoter is Foresight Online Group Pty Ltd trading as Personalised Favours (ABN 84 064 485 927) of 1 Comserv Close, West Gosford NSW 2250, Australia (the Promoter).
2. Eligibility
Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over who are existing customers or newsletter subscribers of Personalised Favours and who receive an invitation to complete the Customer Survey 2026. Employees, contractors and their immediate families, and the agencies associated with this promotion, are not eligible to enter.
3. Promotion period
Entries open at 12:01am AEST on Monday 6 July 2026 and close at 11:59pm AEST on Sunday 19 July 2026 (the Promotion Period). Entries received outside the Promotion Period are invalid.
4. How to enter
To enter, eligible participants must complete the Personalised Favours Customer Survey 2026 via the unique link sent to them by email during the Promotion Period. Entry is free and no purchase is necessary. Limit of one (1) entry per person. Where a person submits more than one response, only their first completed response will be counted as a valid entry.
5. The prize
There are five (5) prizes. Each prize is one (1) digital Personalised Favours gift voucher valued at AUD $200. The total prize pool is AUD $1,000. Each winner receives one (1) prize. Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash. The Promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
6. The draw
The draw will be conducted electronically by the Promoter at 1 Comserv Close, West Gosford NSW 2250 at 10:00am AEST on Wednesday 22 July 2026. Five (5) valid entries will be drawn at random, each winning one prize.
7. Winner notification
Winners will be notified by email at the address associated with their entry within two (2) business days of the draw. Each winner's gift voucher code will be issued by email.
8. Unclaimed prizes
If a winner cannot be contacted, or does not respond, within fourteen (14) days of notification, the Promoter reserves the right (subject to applicable law) to conduct a redraw on Thursday 6 August 2026 to award any unclaimed prize.
9. Gift voucher terms
Each gift voucher is redeemable at personalisedfavours.com.au, is valid for twelve (12) months from the date of issue, cannot be redeemed for cash, and is otherwise subject to the standard Personalised Favours gift card terms.
10. Privacy
Personal information collected for this promotion is handled in accordance with the Personalised Favours Privacy Policy. Survey responses are linked to the entrant's customer profile and used to improve our products and services and to administer this promotion. Information is not disclosed outside Personalised Favours except as necessary to conduct the promotion or as required by law. 11. General
This promotion is a game of chance; skill plays no part in determining the winners. As the total prize pool does not exceed the trade-promotion permit thresholds of any Australian state or territory, no permit or authority is required to conduct it. The Promoter is not responsible for entries that are late, lost, incomplete, misdirected or affected by technical failure. To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not liable for any loss or damage arising from this promotion or the prizes. The Promoter may, subject to applicable law, vary these terms or cancel the promotion. These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, and entrants submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of that state.
